Waking Up late has only one benefit that you can sleep more than all other things. And also the sleep may not be peaceful.
When i was doing my IoT training in CDAC I had to get up at 6 a. m. to catch class at 8 a.m. So I somehow developed a habit to wake up at 6 a.m. and later 5 a.m. Now I am going to share my Experience that may help you.
How I started
The first day was difficult for me to develop such a habit of waking up at 6 a.m. while I used to be a guy who woke up between 8a.m. and 9a.m. But i have to do it. So i have to sleep early. I went to at 10p.m. expecting sleep would come before 11p.m. I set my alarm at different time 5:50am 5:55a.m. 6a.m. and called my friend to call me at 6 a.m. Somehow I woke up at 6 a.m. next day.
The day was so busy. I came home at 6p.m. in the evening, I was tired. So I could easily sleep at 10p.m. That’s how during training period I maintained myself to wake up at 6 a.m.
How I maintained
After that the training period end. It was hard for me to maintain that habit because in the morning my mind kept saying “there is nothing going on. your class is at 9:30”
But that day I forced me to wake up and take a cup of tea. Taking a cup of tea can break your sleep easily. Like that I again started to wake up at 6a.m.
How to sleep early
But there was another problem I couldn’t sleep before 11. What to do now?
I thought. But luckily during the day time I got answer of my question. During day time I used to read book (not text book). After reading one chapter deeply I felt sleepy. I thought I should try reading this book before going to bed. So in the night I started reading that book , it worked slowly felt sleepy. That day I slept with that Book.
After some day I realized that I finished that book. So what to do now. Luckily I got an audio book in youtube which I wanted. Listening to that audiobook also helped me sleep like reading a book. I thought if it works with audiobook it may also work with music. So I tried with music I like it worked. But I discovered that I doesn’t work with EDM or Higher Beat Musics. I may excite you to work at night.
After some day I could sleep at 10p.m. and wake up at 5 a.m. Now I can sleep at 10p.m. or before 10pm at wake up at 4a.m./4:30/5a.m.
Caution: Do not open WhatsApp directly after waking up. Use this time for yourself. To develop your personality.
Morning is important part of a day. According to Ayurveda we should wake up in between 4a.m. to 6a.m. (Don’t wake up at 6a.m. if you are currently wake up at 5 or 4). This duration is called the brahmamuhurta. It is the time when you can start new things, learn new things.
